Miwuki Report on Pet Adoption in Spain
Updates to the Miwuki Report on Pet Adoption in Spain
Version log of the Miwuki Report on Pet Adoption in Spain: what changes in each data version, corrections and new editions.
How versions work
Each data version is identified by its cut-off date and a revision number, in the form YYYY.MM.DD-rN. A published version is never changed: if something needs correcting, a new version is published with a note explaining what changes and why, and the previous one remains available so that citations can be checked.
Version log
Each entry shows the version, the date and what changes. The current version is 2026.10.22-r1, with cut-off date 22 October 2026.
- 2026.10.22-r1 · 24 October 2026 · First published version, with data up to 22 October 2026: one report for each year from 2017 to 2025, the overview of the whole period, the “Housing and pets”, “Private owners” and “Shelters” pages, and the PDF reports and infographics to download.
Changes on the platform
Changes in the way data are recorded that affect comparisons between years are listed in the platform timeline and marked in the charts.
New editions
Each annual edition is published with the data for the previous full year. Years before the first edition will be published as reconstructions, stating when they were produced and with which cut-off date.
